Some operations call for assistance in terms of starting up operations, recruiting and training staff, or delegated management.

Accordingly, SILES has been invited to advise on specific projects in terms of their operation, recruitment or on a total or partial delegation of the management of the finished installations.

SILES has also sometimes worked on specific consulting assignments in terms of operation, recruiting or the total or partial delegation of the management of the created installations.. This was the case for the Museum of the Sea in Biarritz, the European Space Centre or the Scientific Center in Koweit City for instance.

Of course, we systematically offer to undertake the maintenance – partial or complete – of the installations we handle.

SILES can therefore operate throughout the chain, from the development of the programme up to its implementation, and to offer partial or total delegated management of any project.
